Our Flavors of Africa Tasting Flight features three handcrafted 5oz cocktails, each telling a story of heritage and craftsmanship. From vibrant botanicals to rich notes of African agave and whisky, this is a tribute to Africa’s creativity and spirit.

  • Kiara’s Black-Eyed Pea Hummus served with matbucha, carrot-green mango atchar, and toasted tiger bread
  • Peri-Peri Shrimp features sautéed chili-garlic shrimp with creamy boerenkaas pap, toasted corn, and peri-peri sauce
  • Pumbaa’s Cocktail Ya Matunda combines passion fruit, William pear, pineapple, cantaloupe, coconut, guava, coriander-chili bears, and lime dressing
