Disney Cruise Line’s Popular Dine and Play Service Makes Its Return!

Posted on January 31, 2025January 31, 2025 by Tracy

Great news for families cruising with Disney! The beloved Dine and Play service is making its grand return to the Disney Cruise Line fleet beginning February 1st, 2024. This family-friendly service will be rolled out across the ships according to the following schedule:

  • Disney Dream & Disney Treasure: February 1
  • Disney Magic & Disney Fantasy: February 2
  • Disney Wonder & Disney Wish: February 3

What is Dine and Play?

Dine and Play is an innovative service for young cruisers ages 3-10 registered in the Oceaneer Club or Oceaneer Lab. The program allows children to head off to supervised activities while adults enjoy a leisurely conclusion to their dinner service.

How It Works

Parents with a dining rotation at 8:15 PM can participate in this convenient service. Youth Activities counselors will be stationed at the Main Dining Room entrances between 9:00 and 9:15 PM to check in children. Once checked in, the counselors will escort the children to the secured kids club facilities onboard, where they can enjoy supervised activities while parents finish their meals.

Important Note

For dining experiences that include entertainment, please be aware that children participating in Dine and Play will miss the show’s conclusion. This is something to consider when planning your evening activities.

This service return represents another step in Disney Cruise Line’s commitment to creating magical experiences that work for the whole family while allowing parents to enjoy adult time during their vacation.
