Disney began rolling out a new hopefully improved wifi system across the fleet. Disney Magic was the first to get the update in May. The Disney Wish debuted with the new wifi. The Disney Fantasy is expected to have the updated wifi on July 30, 2022
There will be three new packages available.

- The Basic Surf package includes social media and access to the web and email for $24 a day, purchased by the day, or $20 per day for the length of the cruise. Note: This plan does not support long-form video streaming platforms such as Netflix and Hulu.
- The Premium Surf package includes social media, web and email access, video streaming, and music streaming for $36 a day, purchased by the day, or $30 per day for the length of the cruise. Note: This plan does not support long-form video streaming platforms such as Netflix and Hulu.
You can choose to pay for 24 hours of service or for the full voyage. There is a discount to choose the whole voyage. The charge is also per device there are some savings when you add a device 10% off for 2 devices up to 15% off for 4 devices.
I have read some mixed reviews about the new system. Most are happy to have unlimited service, but many have complained that it is slow.
