Due to Hurricane Ian, the Disney Wish September 30, 2022, 3-night cruise has been cancelled. Guests currently on the Disney Wish have been informed by the Captain that they will not be returning to Port Canaveral until Saturday or Sunday.
Guests affected by the cancellation will receive a full refund and a 20% discount on a future cruise.
We are contacting you with important information about your sailing this Friday, September 30, 2022, on the Disney Wish.
As we communicated yesterday, we have been closely monitoring Hurricane Ian and its projected path. We were hopeful that your sailing would occur as planned. However, due to the weather conditions most recently forecasted for Port Canaveral and Central Florida and the impact that it might have on port operations, we have made the difficult decision to cancel September 30, 2022, sailing of the Disney Wish.
You will automatically receive a full refund back to your original form of payment. As a thank you for your understanding, we will provide each Guest with a 20% future cruise discount*. To redeem the 20% future cruise discount, please contact us (or have your travel agent contact us) after October 5, 2022, at 407-566-7797 or 1-866-325-6685.

* To redeem the 20% future cruise discount you will simply need to reference your current reservation number to receive the discount on your next cruise taken within 24 months of your original September 30, 2022, sail date. We would also like to note that this offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is valid for only those Guests booked on the September 30, 2022, voyage and excludes holiday and maiden voyage sailings. Change fees and cancellation fees imposed by third-party suppliers, such as airlines and hotels, as well as travel insurance, are not refundable. If you paid for your reservation with a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) from a cancelled cruise due to COVID-19, set to expire on September 30, 2022, this FCC will automatically be extended 24 months.
